Terms of service
Last updated October 18, 2026
These terms govern your use of NE Siting Watch, a brand of Cybele ("we"). By subscribing or using the site, you agree to them.
1. The service
NE Siting Watch is an information service. It summarizes public municipal postings about energy-facility and data-center siting in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island. We gather items with automated, AI-assisted tools and check them against their sources before publication. We do not guarantee that we find every relevant item or that every date or summary is complete or current. Always check the official source.
2. Not legal or professional advice
Nothing we publish is legal, engineering, financial or other professional advice, and using the service does not create an attorney-client or other professional relationship. We do not act as anyone's agent and do not file anything with any government body.
3. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime through the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing episodeworks@agentmail.to; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds: within your first 30 days, we will refund your payment on request for any reason. After that, if a published item was materially wrong, tell us and we will correct it and may credit or refund the affected period at our discretion.
4. Seats and acceptable use
Pro is for one named user; Firm is for up to five named users at one organization. You may use digests internally and quote individual items with a link to the official source. Do not resell, republish in bulk or redistribute the paid digest or CSV outside your seats. Do not use the service to harass officials or residents.
5. Source material
Underlying records belong to the municipalities that publish them. Our summaries, selection and formatting belong to Cybele.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages.
7. Changes
We may update these terms or our prices with at least 30 days' notice by email for paid subscribers. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, USA.
