NE Siting Watch is a brand of Cybele. This notice explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Subscribers: your email address and, if you provide them, your name, company and watchlist preferences.
- Paying customers: billing details are collected and processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, plan and payment status; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Website visitors: this site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or cross-site tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security.
How we use it
- To send the digests and alerts you signed up for and to manage your subscription.
- To answer your messages.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We use a small number of processors: Stripe (payments), our email newsletter provider (delivery and unsubscribe handling) and our website host. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Email choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from a paid digest does not cancel billing; cancel through the Stripe customer link in your receipt or by emailing us.
Retention and your rights
We keep subscriber data while you subscribe and as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes afterward. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information at episodeworks@agentmail.to.
About the data we publish
Our digests summarize public municipal records (agendas, minutes, warrants and notices). Names of officials or petitioners appear only as they appear in those public records.
